10-6 Driver Education Course

Consists of:

• 10 hours of classroom instruction
• 6 hours of individual behind-the-wheel instruction
• Class fulfills requirements by the State of Okla.
• 3 year insurance discount with M.V.A.P.C. course

Available To:

• All 15-years-olds through Adult

Classroom Instruction Offered Weekly

• Rules of the road, state laws and local ordinances
• Perceiving and reacting to existing traffic conditions
• Proper Driving Attitude
• Driving Under Adverse Conditions
• Handling Emergencies
• The role of alcohol and other drugs in traffic problems
• And related Defensive Driving Techniques

The student will provide his/her transportation to the classroom sessions

 Parent needs to come to our office to enroll a student with their birth certificate (or a copy of it).  Enrollment hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am until 4:30 pm.

Cost of the Course - $370.00

Special Needs with Hand or Foot controls $450.00

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.

All driver education classes are payable at the time of enrollment.
(1/2 down at time of enrollment with the balance due before scheduling drives).

BEHIND-THE-WHEEL INSTRUCTION

Will be conducted in an automatic, dual controlled brake, driver education car. The Instructor will pick up the student at home or school in the greater Tulsa metro area  and return the student at conclusion of the driving session. The office and student will work out a schedule of the driving session to accommodate each student.

DURING SESSIONS BEHIND-THE-WHEEL students will be taught Basic Driving Maneuvers, including:

• Controlled Steering
• Proper Turning
• Backing Maneuvers
• Angle Parking
• Parallel Parking
• Expressway, City & Rural Driving
• Hill Parking
• Lane Changing
• Night Driving

OTHER COURSE OFFERINGS & LESSONS:

• Private Beginners: Private lessons with professional instructor for adults who have not previously driven. Nervous drivers a specialty
• Refresher Course: Tailored to aid adults re-learn driving skills after an idle period from driving.
• Additional Practice: To build confidence and improve driving skills. Also designed to prepare both teens and adults for State Driving Test.
• Driver Improvement/Defensive Driving Course: For point reductions, court requirements, or insurance discounts.
• Driver Evaluation: Head Trauma, Stroke, Accident, Rehab-Individuals

• COST FOR PRIVATE 1 HOUR SESSIONS:
